Same Day Dispatch
If you place your order before 3pm (AEST) on a weekday it’ll be heading off to you on the same day. Excludes public hols or when the dogs have been left in charge.

Unless otherwise requested, all regular and express parcels are sent as Authority to Leave parcels so that no signature is required. Pets are no good at signing anyway.

We ship with Australia Post as generally they deliver the goods in a safe and timely fashion. It also means we can deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or just to your Nan.
